Notes and terms
◦We will use the Hongkong Post Speedpost service (Speedpost). When checking out, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information and local contact number in the "Delivery Address" column on the page , so that we can arrange the delivery and deliver the goods to the place designated by the customer on time.
◦If the goods are shipped to countries other than Hong Kong, China, you will be regarded as an importer locally, and you may need to pay surcharges, various taxes, or register or apply for an import license with the destination for the goods. Delivery time
◦The purchased products, such as non-reserved products, will be sent out within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed and paid.
◦Orders in Hong Kong : Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after they are shipped. The general delivery time is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, and the dispatcher will usually call the recipient to arrange the collection before delivery.

送貨時間
◦客人所購買的商品，如非預訂產品，會於訂單確認付款後的1-3個工作天內寄出。

收件需知
簽收快件前請於派件員請檢查一下快件內之產品數量以確保沒有遺漏，一經簽收則是作沒有遺漏，並且有關遺漏之查詢一概未能受理。
如果簽收前發現遺留請以以下方法處理：
- 告知派件員有關快件內有遺留並要求退回包裹

Other notices
◦All delivery services are available to commercial and residential addresses. PO Boxes and ZIP codes are not accepted.
◦The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged differently. The company will not make any further notice.
◦After the payment is completed, the company will arrange the posting as soon as possible during office hours.
